Mima's Berry Smoothie

My kids often have this smoothie in the morning, it gives them a little boost before school to get the day started. Really simple to make, as I use frozen berries, add in a bit of green spinach and some nut butter* for energy (*but you could substitute this with another energy releasing ingredient you like). I use blackberries or blueberries, really whatever I have.
