“When I started cooking for my kids so much of the literature out there was complicated and involved long lists of ingredients, that weren’t seasonal, often privileging sweet tastes from the outset. In 2015 I started Mimi’s Bowl because I was looking for a relatable parent-voice, with practical tips and realistic meals.
On Mimi’s Bowl I write about what we eat at home and what works for us as a busy family. I hope it will make the question of ‘what’s for dinner’ easier to answer and more fun to plan.”
