What I'm Eating Now
Finally, the long month of January is over and we can all breathe a sigh of relief. With the new month I am shooting a shot of everything that is good to eat right now (vegetables and fruits), all of which I will be cooking with in the coming days and weeks. Lots of ideas for your own food shop and menus.
I'm also cooking an absolutely delicious fish dish (which takes minutes to throw together). I am making two Herby Crusts, to top the fish with, for you to choose from. If you are looking for some new family recipe ideas than this one is a winner. You can also use any fish fillets you like. I always find it hardest to incorporate enough fish into our weekly meal planner, but when I do I don't regret it. It is so unbelievably easy to prep and cook: none of us should be intimidated!
