Endless Summer

I'm back in my kitchen this week, after a family holiday in Italy. I'm still sharing lots of fun breakfast ideas too for the Summer Holidays.

I'm making Homemade Oaty Granola Yoghurt Pots with Berries. Two versions of Breakfast Quesadillas ~ these are a great way of using up leftovers and a great savoury option that your kids will love. For toddlers I cut the quesadillas into sticks, that they can hold. I'm also making a One Pot English Breakfast which looks amazing and makes a family fry up healthy. We are trying also to make Frozen Smoothie Bowls. Hopefully lots of ideas and inspo to add to your breakfast repertoire this summer. 

I'm also talking a little bit more about portion size. Last week I focused on vegetables and what 1 of your 5 portions of veg a day looks like. This week I am looking at fruit: how much you should be offering your child (1-4 years old, or pre-schooler) and what a portion of fruit should look like.
