So for the next two weeks I'll be cooking up lots of family friendly ideas, using pasta. Starting with Cauliflower Mac N' Cheese; a comforting classic with a healthy-cauli-twist. I am making a simple homemade Tomato and Basil Sauce; the benefit of making your own tomato sauce (which takes no time) is it has no hidden additives, or hidden sugars. I am also making a classic tuna pasta bake, using only store-cupboard ingredients.

Baby pasta shells and other baby pasta's are a great way of starting to explore texture. So I am also discussing my experiences of this, with my daughter; looking back to when she was 7-9 months. It feels like yesterday!
