Classic & New Recipes
Some classic recipes and some new recipes this week: starting off with Creamy Fish Pie and Root Vegetable Rosti. The latter has been shot into a "how to video", that I'm sharing this week. There are new recipes too with Cheesy Chicken Meatballs and a quick Golden Lentil Dahl.
We have also announced the winner of our Oogaa Baby competition ~ congratulations to @mummasummers for her winning photo! We love the picture and her brilliant caption.
So many parents worry about whether or not they should make baby purees or follow a baby led-weaning approach. The truth is you don't need to pick one camp and can successfully combine a bit of both. Introducing texture is really important, I quickly moved from smooth purees to "smashed" purees. And finger foods are a fun way of engaging your baby with the food they are eating and allowing them to explore.
