My Kitchen Cupboard


This week I am working on some new recipes and ideas inspired by top kitchen cupboard ingredients. Each recipe uses one store-cupboard ingredient, adding a fun twist to everyday family cooking. I hope there will be some new ideas here that you might want to try. 

In my store cupboard this week is: sardines, risotto rice, panko breadcrumbs and mustard. And, here is what I'll be making with them... Sardine butter, which is just as easy it sounds: a quick snack idea, which we have been eating at home. I am also making Oven Baked Risotto with Roasted Pumpkin, a lovely seasonal twist on my classic Oven Baked Risotto recipe. Crispy Cauliflower Bites using panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. And finally, Root Vegetable Rosti, with a little mustard, for seasoning, tossed through seasonal grated root veg.
