Last week I used store-cupboard ingredients in my cooking, to make home cooked family food, with a twist. This week I'll be sharing more recipes inspired by kitchen cupboard ingredients: I am using chopped tomatoes, pudding rice, butter beans and orzo pasta. All of these are really useful ingredients to have to hand, for quick home cooked meals. With these ingredients I will be making creamy Rice Pudding: this is the perfect winter comfort food and it really does take a few minutes to prepare. I am also making Homemade Baked Beans; a healthy version with no added sugar. I am cooking a lovely Warm Orzo Pasta with Peas. Hopefully there is something for everyone and perhaps a few new ingredient ideas too for your weekly food shop.
