Chocolate and Coconut Popcorn
Popcorn is so easy to make and a fun snack for toddlers and all the family, here is a sweet version that we all love. Although I do make savoury versions too: such as Parmesan and chives. I wouldn’t serve this to a baby, as popcorn could be a choking risk, so this is only suitable for bigger kids.
Chocolate, Coconut and Raspberry Popcorn
melted dark chocolate
unsweetened coconut flakes
freeze dried raspberries, crumbled (I am using some from Googly Fruit UK)
Make the popcorn according to the packet instructions, I make mine in a pot over the stove. Just make sure the pot is big enough. Once popped, tip the warm popcorn onto a baking sheet. Then drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with the coconut flakes and freeze dried raspberries. This is pretty messy and fun to make. Set in the fridge and then break up and serve in mini pots.
