Blueberry Breakfast Syrup
This instant blueberry sauce is so easy and a great way of adding oomph to yoghurt, pancakes or eggy bread (examples). It's embarrassingly easy to make, which as a time poor mum is needed. You can of course use other types of frozen berries (raspberries are great too). Using frozen berries is so much less expensive.
cooking time 10 mins approx
- frozen or fresh blueberries (100 per person)
- a little water
Just take some frozen or fresh blueberries, add a little water. Heat gently, let the blueberries burst and the sauce thicken to a consistency you like. Then cool and serve.
So easy and no added sugar!
